New Construction Pre-drywall Inspections and Final Inspections
Inspections during multiple phases of construction ensures the quality you deserve and expect from your builder.
We offer 3 inspections during construction prior to closing, and the fees are based on the livable square footage:
1. Framing / Pre-drywall- We inspect the foundation, framing, roof (tiles should be loaded and stacked at this time), exterior lath, plumbing rough, electrical rough, HVAC rough. This should take place before wall insulation, typically 1 day before your framing walk through.
2. Pre-drywall follow up- We re-inspect issues found during original inspection to make sure corrections have been made, and also check for proper insulation in the walls. This should take place after wall insulation, but before drywall.
3. Final- We inspect the final product, finished home. This typically takes place a week before you close, the day before your new home orientation.
We will need approval from the builder to be onsite for inspections.
Builder Warranty Inspections
We inspect the entire home and provide the homeowner a detailed report with items for the builder to repair and correct under warranty. We utilize the most current technology, including drones and infrared cameras.
